The Applicant has my approval to participate in all regular camp activities. His / Her name or picture may appear in camp promotions and publications. I also agree to all charges and policies outlined in this process. Massachusetts State Law requires a Medical Form be completed by your doctor prior to your child attending a recreational camp.
Children attending multiple weeks of residential camp or families with multiple children attending a session of the residential camp qualify for one $50 discount per child. AT CHECK OUT PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT COUPON CODE TO RECEIVE THIS DISCOUNT. Enter coupon code MULTI SESSION if you have a child attending both sessions of camp. Enter coupon code MULTI CHILD if you have more than one child attending either session. Discount must be applied prior to the start of camp. Please note that the discount does not apply to a child that registers for a second week of camp after the first week has started. (Please note that the billing will reflect that a $25 discount has been applied per week to a child attending two sessions and a $50 discount has been applied to a child for the week with multiple siblings attending. Only one $50 discount applies per child. If you enter the wrong coupon code your final bill will be adjusted to reflect the correct amount. If you fail to enter the coupon code no discount will be available to you.
